One thing I had asked her to help me with when first contacting her was with some stretching and yoga exercises. Her background in ring gymnastics led her to remind me to flex my hip more with some pressure she applied. It definitely helped my tight muscles. In order to present as safe container and overall feeling, we went over the rules because it was my intention to fully respect this woman and her boundaries.
