When you have: Belonging, Presence, Compassion, Empathy and Platonic Touch in your life, the more positive feelings can guide you and it makes coping with the moments when you feel alone with sadness, fear and pain easier.
There are many ways I am happy to nurture you. This can be through affectionate, healing touch, deep listening, cuddling while watching a movie. I am here to make you feel safe and cared for.
I am a massage therapist and have taken over 1000 hours of healing touch training. I am a mother of four for 29 years, which has taught me patience, deep listening and affection and nurturing touch. I am currently offering in office appointments at my Carlsbad location and would love to set up a free phone consultation to see if we are the right fit. Her background in ring gymnastics led her to remind me to flex my hip more with some pressure she applied. It definitely helped my tight muscles. In order to present as safe container and overall feeling, we went over the rules because it was my intention to fully respect this woman and her boundaries. And for the next few hours we snuggled and cuddled close like being tied in a knot, it was such a warm, intimate and calming feeling; one that I have been missing in my single life.
