We don't take walk-ins. However you can text us at (408) 372-8830 and ask for a Same-Day Appointment. When you make this request, we put the request out on our message board and see who is available and what time. Then, we text you a link to the profile pages of any available Snuggle Partner. If you say yes to an available Snuggle Partner, we will send you a link to book a Same-Day Appointment. Same-Day Appointments are a standard session length of 1.5 hours @ $225 in Campbell or at other locations 1.5 hours @ $250.
A snuggle session ( also known as a nurture therapy appointment ) consists of first making sure you and your Snuggle Partner are on the same page about the rules outlined in the Client Integrity Agreement. After that, what happens is really up to you and your Snuggle Partner. You can ask for the kind of non-sexual touch and physical affection that you would enjoy – this may include snuggling, spooning, cradling, nuzzling, etc. Your Snuggle Partner can suggest different cuddle positions. Snuggle Partners are professionals and are familiar with the cuddle poses in The Cuddle Sutra. You can ask them to be your “Snuggle Guide” and show your their favorite snuggle poses. You can also ask for specific snuggle poses that you think you would enjoy.
The following should be understood, but just to be clear, the services that we provide at Snuggle Salon are done under the following guidelines:
1. A client may ask for any type of physical affection except sex, nudity or touching off limits parts of the body as outlined in the Client Integrity Agreement.
2. After the client makes a request, The Snuggle Partner is free to say yes or no to the request.
3. The services we provide at Snuggle Salon MUST be enjoyable to BOTH parties – both the client AND the Snuggle Partner.
The reason for these guidelines is simple: This is how real life works. Snuggle Salon is designed as a laboratory where human beings can practice asking for what they want and saying yes to only things they would actually enjoy.
A snuggle session is a clothes-on, non-sexual, non-romantic opportunity to snuggle and have fun with your choice of Snuggle Partner. Please review the Client Integrity Agreement prior to booking an appointment. During an appointment, the rules are:
1. No nudity will happen during a session. If a clothes change needs to be made -- by either you or your Snuggle Partner -- it will happen behind a closed door – out of each other’s sight.
2. At minimum shorts and a t-shirt are mandatory clothing for both Snuggle Partners and our clients.
3. No touching underneath clothing.
4. No touching the following areas: the genitals, female breasts or the buttocks. Naturally, accidental touching might occur – but these areas should never be touched with an intent to arouse.
If you break the rules, your Snuggle Partner will give you two warnings. If after the 2nd warning, if the rules are not adhered to, the session will end without a refund.
Paying the deposit
When you book an appointment you will be asked to pay a deposit to hold the appointment time. To pay the deposit you can use a credit card or debit card. All appointments must be booked here online at this website. We do not take cash.

Paying your Snuggle Partner
Please see your Appointment Confirmation email for instructions on how to pay your Snuggle Partner. Our Snuggle Partners require payment in advance in order to confirm the appointment. Snuggle Partners use well-known payment processors such as: Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, etc. A few Snuggle Partners prefer you bring cash to the appointment, but the vast majority require prepayment via their payment processors especially for first-time clients.
Again, please see your Appointment Confirmation email. This is the first email that you will receive from us after you book the appointment. It is the ONLY email that will contain this information. The subject line of the Appointment Confirmation email will read, for example: "New Appointment: Snuggle Session - 2.0 hours ( with Melanie in Campbell ) on Friday, October 22, 2021 7:00pm PDT"
With at least 24 hours notice, we will reschedule an appointment or provide a refund of your deposit - minus any payment processor non-refundable service fees. Without 24 hours notice, we do not offer a reschedule of an appointment *unless* the Snuggle Partner is willing to accept a reschedule. In this case, we will either reschedule the session at the time of notice of cancellation, or issue a coupon code for credit for a future session. However, without at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation, we do not offer refunds. If we do offer a reschedule, it will happen only once at the convenience of your Snuggle Partner.
After booking, if you request services in conflict with our Terms of Service Agreement ( the Client Integrity Agreement https://snugglesalon.com/client-integrity-agreement/ ) we will end the appointment immediately without a refund. During the booking process, if you request services in conflict with our Terms of Service Agreement, we will cancel the appointment and provide a refund of your deposit - minus any payment processor non-refundable service fees.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will send you an email, which will provide a link to use, for rescheduling your appointment. You do not have to reschedule with the same Snuggle Partner.
For some credit cards, the business name will be 11 characters in length.

Cancellation by a Snuggle Partner
In case a Snuggle Partner is ill or has an emergency and needs to cancel an appointment, they will offer another date and time to reschedule the appointment. If you reject the offered reschedule date and time, a refund will be offered minus the payment processor transaction fees.
Cancellation by a client
If you request cancellation of an appointment and your request is at least 24-hours before the appointment time you will be given a refund minus the payment processor transaction fees. Without at least 24-hour advance notice of a cancellation, we do not offer refunds.
Not happy after first appointment
If you are unsatisfied after your first appointment, we may offer you a one-time refund of your DEPOSIT minus any payment processor non-refundable service fees. The fee that was paid to your Snuggle Partner is non-refundable.
Please contact us at via our Contact Form to request a one-time refund of your deposit if you are unsatisfied after your first session. In the Contact Us form notes field please provide the specific reason(s) that you were unsatisfied with the session. If the reason you were unsatisfied was a factor under our control and related to a resource we offer, we will likely offer a refund. However, we DO NOT offer refunds on Same-Day Appointments booked via this page: https://snugglesalon.com/same-day/.
And, after your first appointment, we do not offer refunds. Exception: After your first refund, if your Snuggle Partner recommends that a refund be offered, at our discretion, and in an extraordinary circumstance, we MAY provide a second refund.

Wear something that is soft and comfortable. Work-out clothes are a good choice. A t-shirt and sweatpants/ pajama pants also work well. A minimum of shorts and a t-shirt is required for you and your Snuggle Partner. Underwear or boxer shorts or very short shorts are NOT ALLOWED. You can change after you arrive, if necessary. Please change in the restroom and not in front of your Snuggle Partner. Please don't wear perfume or cologne.
The Cuddle Sutra is a book which has pictures of a wide variety of snuggle poses that we use at Snuggle Salon. Most locations will have a hard copy of the book on hand, so you and your Snuggle Partner can review it together and have fun trying out new positions! First, Snuggle Partners are trained professionals so an erection isn't going to be an issue for them. Getting turned on, during a snuggle, sometimes happens ... and it is perfectly normal. If you feel uncomfortable, you can take a break, get something to drink, or stop and change positions or do some stretching. You can check in with your Snuggle Partner and make sure she is comfortable. In a nurture therapy appointment getting turned on is normal. However, because our agreement is to keep the appointment non-sexual -- we just aren't going to act on feelings of arousal.
Most of our Snuggle Partners are trained NTPs ( Nurture Therapy Practitioners ) who obtained their credentials from Nurture Therapeutics. Nurture Therapeutics is a training organization offering training, certification and mentorship of nurture therapists. Seriously, these people are sweet, sincere, friendly, responsible, very trustworthy and positive adults. They communicate easily and gently. They LOVE to snuggle. You will likely enjoy meeting them.
Yes! Our Snuggle Partners are great listeners and know how to put you at ease. If you feel like talking please do. We will be focusing on you and your needs and preferences around conversation or simply listening.

Almost. In terms of age, we welcome all ages over 18. We also welcome all races, heights, weights, genders, sexual orientations, etc. We do not discriminate based on looks -- we see everyone as a potentially lovable human being. We do ask that you be hygienically savvy, though. Make sure your clothes are clean, you smell good ( without perfumes/cologne ), your teeth are brushed, etc.
We keep all our client information protected, from both a technical perspective, as well as secured internally, inside our organization. We do not sell, rent, trade or exchange any personally-identifying information of our clients. Our Snuggle Partners delete all appointment related email and texts after a session.
Our scheduling software, Acuity Scheduling, Inc. complies with HIPAA standards, which is the federal standard for securing medical records in the US. It also complies with the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. We currently use Pay Pal and Stripe for accepting payments -- and of course -- both of these payment processors are fully PCI DSS compliant.

- We can also meet you at your place. The cost for an out-call session is $110/hour to compensate for drive time. If an "At your location" appointment, is beyond 10-15 minutes away from the Snuggle Partner's location, there will be additional travel costs at 75¢ per mile. These costs can be paid via Pay Pal at time of booking or paid in cash prior to the start of the session.

Please do not ask your Snuggle Partner to wear special clothes unless you have an allergy to wool or something like that. Your Snuggle Partner will wear the clothes she/he feels most comfortable in. Naturally, it is very important that your Snuggle Partner feel comfortable. If you Snuggle Partner is relaxed -- the session will be more enjoyable for both of you.
The fee for a house-call appointment is $110/hour to compensate your Snuggle Partner for travel time plus $0.75/round-trip mile. "At your location" house-call appointments are appointments where we travel to your house, apartment or hotel where there is a comfortable snuggle space with a large, couch, futon or bed. Please make sure your snuggle space is safe and clean.
Mileage Fees
The mileage fee for an "at your location" house-call appointment is 75¢ per mile. Your Snuggle Partner will communicate how much the mileage fee will be. These expenses should be paid directly to your Snuggle Partner ( via her payment processors ) prior to the start of the session. Thank you for your understanding and willingness to compensate your Snuggle Partner's for her time and travel costs, while making your snuggle session more convenient for you!
Required Session Length for "at your location" appointments
Additionally, we require the session length for "at your location" sessions to be twice the length of the travel time required for your Snuggle Partner to travel to you. So, if it takes an hour of travel time, for your Snuggle Partner, then the session length should be at least 2 hours or longer.
FOSTA / SESTA: Regarding the new federal regulations
Our service is strictly non-sexual and it has always has been. We utilize written integrity agreements, from both clients and Snuggle Partners, which specifically outline and require consent to our terms of service. Please review our Client Integrity Agreement here.
Of course, tipping is always optional. However, our clients often ask what is an appropriate amount for a tip. Tips are usually 20% on average. If you enjoyed your session, I'm sure your Snuggle Partner would appreciate a tip.
