With at least 24 hours notice, we will reschedule an appointment or provide a refund of your deposit – minus any payment processor non-refundable service fees. Without 24 hours notice, we do not offer a reschedule of an appointment *unless* the Snuggle Partner is willing to accept a reschedule. In this case, we will either reschedule the session at the time of notice of cancellation, or issue a coupon code for credit for a future session. However, without at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation, we do not offer refunds. If we do offer a reschedule, it will happen only once at the convenience of your Snuggle Partner.
After booking, if you request services in conflict with our Terms of Service Agreement ( the Client Integrity Agreement https://snugglesalon.com/client-integrity-agreement/ ) we will end the appointment immediately without a refund. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will send you an email, which will provide a link to use, for rescheduling your appointment. You do not have to reschedule with the same Snuggle Partner.
