We do not sell, rent, trade or exchange any personally-identifying information of our clients. Our Snuggle Partners delete all appointment related email and texts after a session.
Our scheduling software, Acuity Scheduling, Inc. complies with HIPAA standards, which is the federal standard for securing medical records in the US. It also complies with the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. We currently use Pay Pal and Stripe for accepting payments — and of course — both of these payment processors are fully PCI DSS compliant.
